Eat 4-6 small (healthy) meals each day. Don't forget about those fruits and veggies!
Load up on water! Water really is important for weight loss.
Of course, get active! Do what you like to do--play sports, walk, run, dance, jump rope--anything!!

Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.
