Small lump, leaking of fluid from the nipple (not breast milk just but fluid) puckering of the skin (most often seen when arms are raised high above head... the skin will pucker or dimple)
Breast cancer can be present without any of the signs.. The most common self evident signs are finding a lump (men and women do a monthly self examination) or nipple leakage..
Aslo get a mammogram if you are over 35 younger if any of your blood relatives have had breast cancer.... Men that goes for you too..
