Ok, someone in my class told me we didn't have school today , so i told my parents i didn't have school. Ahhh i just found out we did and my parents r gonna kill me cause i've already missed to much school! How do I tell them?

Not going to school is the stupid thing. Just tell them that someone told you that and you believed them. you found out otherwise and you do have school... but, let me tell you, as a parent... they are not dumb and they know reguardless if you think so or not. go to school..... JW

Just tell them the truth. I think that's the best way b/c i think they will understand that. Make them trust you.

Well you didn't lie to 'em you just didn't know you had school today! explain to them this and they'll probably understand, if not than just tell them you will ask your teachers for the make up work or stay after school if you have to.

they are the parents. they should keep a school schedule handy. but, what's done is done, so have your parents talk to the parents of the person who told you there was no school.
