I'm 16 and I'm attracted to my older sister. what to do now?

My sister and I were raised together until our parents divorced when I was six. When our parents divorced, I stayed with mom and she got to live with dad. We would see each other frequently, until five or six years ago when my dad and sister moved out of the country. In november my dad died in a car accident and my sister had to move with us again. She is now 17. Recently I have become very attracted to her. I have even seen her naked once when I walked into her bedroom. I don't know how to deal with this because we live in the same house

Well it's normal that you're attracted to someone of the opposite gender and if you weren't raised together it's not surprising that she's like a stranger now.

I don't think it's a good idea for you to consider a romantic relationship with her because you ARE related by blood. I'm really sorry but I don't know what to suggest... if the feelings don't go away, make sure you have a talk with her.

You could always tell yourself, 'Ew, she's my sister-- that's like having a crush on my MOM!' and you might get past the attraction.

Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no matter what it is you are thinking, you better not do anything with your sister. She is your blood, you do not sleep or fall inlove with a sibling. Simple as that. That is really sick, I don't mean that in a mean way, but that is sick to really be attracted with your own sister. I hope that you will meet someone or keep yourself busy because thinking about liking your sister is a "no, no, no, no" You need seek help for that. Go to counseling? It's been several years, so you can't be that close. I think that a little bit of curiousity is pretty normal, but if your attraction doesn't go away after a short time, you should talk to someone (not your mom or sister) in confidence.

Learn how to please yourself more and think about other girls, like your sister's friends. you are not sick just attracted to good looking girls that natural, but remember even know you grew up apart she is your blood and would be grossed out by your advances. First off don't feel bad this doesn't mean you are a sicko or mental. You need to find a counsellor to talk this through with ok?

It's probably had something to do that you didn't see nor spend much time with her during your childhood and then you are proabably in your early teens or at your puberty stage and she's a fully developed women.

You need to see someone to talk this out with, there are reasons why this happens and it's not your fault.

Ummm...well, is she your blood sister? If you tell her, she may be freaked out...so it would be best you turn back while you still can...not bbecome too attached, you kknow what I mean? Cuz if you tell her, she may not want to be associated with you anymore...if you ARE blood.

The main thing you need to consider is that she is your sister. I'm sure that has already crossed your mind, but she shouldn't be the object of your affection. Incest isn't looked on very well in our society, plus she's your sister.

That's really weird..and not normal. I've never actually heard of someone likeing their sibling. You should probably discontinue seeing her naked, most brothers and sisters don't just show themselves off like that. Seeing your sister naked should scarr you for life..not make you happy.

Im really not sure. Seriously talk to a therapist. Im not trying to sound mean, but it would make you feel better if you talk to someone about your issues. A therapist could help you out a lot.
