Am so in love with a Man i have dated for 4 yrs now and i dnt feel like he love me anymore based on actions. he claims he still loves me and wants to be with me but i cant feel it in my heart. how do i cope with all this pain and lonelieness.

Love should not be painful and you should not be lonely. Explain to him how you feel and if he don't seem to care, move on, there's plenty of guys out there that would love to be in his shoes.

dont let it linger... if you feel liek the relationship is going down leave fast and remin friends but getting over a person especilly some one you love/loved is extreamly painful, no way out of it

LISTEN HONEY! You need to tell this man its NOW or NEVER! Tell him h proposes to you, or hi bags are going out your door. Don't just come out right and say it, Give him messages him theatrical ways if you know what I mean. This is four years of your life! He needs to Propose NOW, or ba-bye!

hmmmm.....maybe he's been distracted lately...ask him what's bothering him and what's going on with him...try to see if he's having a hard time with his family, job, work, or something.....and then work it out from there....good luck
