Poor Marie has self-esteem issues and is tolerating abuse because, to people with self-esteem issues, any attention is better than no attention at all.
If school was in session, I'd tell the school counselor if I was you. If school's out for summer, you need to befriend her and tell her she can do better than that jerk. A good, classy guy won't want her if they see her letting herself be treated that way so, by allowing it, she's ruining her chances of doing better!

Hold on here-being touched in ANY way, if it is unwelcome and unwanted, is ASSAULT.
So, she should first take him to one side and tell him that she's not a piece of meat and doesn't want to be treated like one, and tell him firmly to back off. If that doesn't work, she should report him to someone at the school.
Fair enough she likes male attention-what female doesn't-but this is going way to far and he's actually being very disrespectful-by her putting up with it, he thinks it's ok to keep treating her this way and skate with it.
Hope this helps some!

I have had the same problem b4..... she needs to look him straight in the eye and say that she dont like the way she is being touched. If he respects her then he will stop. I f it keeps going then try to ignore him....even if it is hard because she likes him. if it goes too far too long then it is time to snitch, even if it hurts. A girl has the right to say that she doesnt like the way som one else is treating her, and if he doesnt listen then he is really stupid

He's treating her badly. The fact that "he says it to everybody" is not a good exuse for what he says. Unless she likes being treated this way, she should smack him on the head and tell him to keep his filthy hands to himself. She also should let him know she doesn't want to hear anything dirty, and mean it too.
He's not perverted, he's just outrageouly rude. Apparently, he feels encouraged because he always got away with it.

If she likes him then she better tell him off coz if she doesn't, that will be the only relationship that both of them will ever have. First off, I think warning bells should already be going off if the guy you like kinda does that to you, meaning he's only interested in one thing.

Back door action should not be labeled taboo, she should just tell him that is what she is interested in and he will come around after the initial shock wears off. I suggest telling her to keep it on the low low because nobody wants to be labeled a back door betty.

That's totally harrassment. I don't think anything well would come out of this situation. She should just tell someone about this. (like a teacher or someone like that) If not I'd avoid him because he seems like a hormonal jerk.

woah, this guy is...a hormonal teen. Im 14, and all my guy friends say crap like this. If it gets serious, which I hope it doesnt, she should tell someone. AN ADULT. If she likes the attention, then, well, thats up to her. But if she doesnt like it anymore, she needs to tell him how she doesnt like him doing those kinds of things to her. But like i said, guys will be guys. ya know? TEENAGE HORMONAL GUYS! Which means they get disgustingly horny, and like to make sexual jokes to girls that have big boobs, or a big butt. And the sexual comments are just fun to him. i doubt he really wants her to give him a BJ. but, guys this age, are starting to get like that, trust me, i have guy friends like that, and they say all of those things. even the guys i have gone out with, say all those things, but like i said, if she starts getting uncomfortable, and things are getting out of hand, then SHE needs to tell someone. :)
i hope i helped somewhat:)

well i think your friends needs ot report this. it just seems fun and like he is being flirtatious but it will change and watch he is going to try to go to the next level. he might try to rape her and when she tries to tell people they wont believe her because she is always letting him touch her. Please tell her to tell someone. he cannot get away with this and she cant keeping leting this guy do this to her. people will look at her different and she will get a reputation. as her friend talk to her and tell her what to do. good luck.
