yes, i have lost 20 so far in a month and a half. playing raquetball for 4 hrs. every other day. 7 months is plenty of time. you'll be fine.

you can try to do that. its healthy to lose 1-2lbs a week so in 7 months - 30-60lbs would be healthy.
