You don't say why you can only have one.

It's isn't fair for either dog to be gotten rid off to please and comply with human rules.

Is there really not way you can keep them both?

It sounds like your parents are the ones who want you to give up one animal, could you perhaps try to PROVE to them that you are well capable to look adequately after both of them?

Somebody must have allowed you to get both of them in the first place.

If there is not other choice, I would keep the beagle, because he has been with you longer. The jackie is still very young at 11 weeks and will find it easier to be rehomed (though it is not ideal). Also, with the jackie at you g-ma's, you would still have access to her and can visit.

I've had a Jack Russel and they are a very active dogs.If you live in an apartment then she needs room to run the farm would be better for her.I would keep the Beagle hes already trained.

Id say keep them both and splitting them could be bad, especially if the two dogs are close companions.

Seeings i don't really know your dogs, you will probably have a better idea of which dog to choose.

Although if your Jack could be at your grandmas then you would be better off keeping your beagle and visiting your Jack every k now and then.

Why would you get a second dog if you can only have one?

The Beagle should stay. She's been with you the longest. Find a good home for the pup. Let someone have her you know will love and care for her like she deserves. Sounds like that would be with your grandma.

I think you should definately keep the Beagle. You have had her longer, it is only fair. Plus, your Jack would be at your G0ma's house and you could visit it.

What happened to make you have to give away one?

your beagle has been with you a while (i am guessing) and giving him might distress him quite a bit. dogs can go through separation anxiety just when you leave for the day, imagine how he will feel if you get rid of him.

give jack to g-ma and you can still visit him :)

if you can only have one why on earth did you aquire the second in the first place?
*grumble grumble* under the breath " i really get annoyed with people that take on a resposibility they are not ready for. But! there might be a good reason" Venting finished.
Ok answering your question.
It might be kinder for you to let the newer pup go to another home because still very young would be easier for you to rehome because of this, and fairer to the dog you have had with you for a while.

I would say to keep the beagel. Because if you ever wanted to see Zoey you could just visit your grandma's place! You could bring Buster and have a play date. Plus the Terrior hasn't with you for as long. Therefore he is more open to other people so he could be your grandma's best friend! So I'd suggest trying to keep the beagel so you could just visit your g-ma to see Zoey if you wanted!

How come you recently got a 2nd dog if you aren't able to have 2 dogs?

I think the only right thing to do would be to keep the dog you have had longest.. You owe him.. You can't give him up cause the other one is cute and little. You owe the first dog that, it's the fair and right thing to do.

if u really could only have one then def. keep ur beagle u had him longer that's like tossing him to the side...just so u can have a puppy.
if i had to choose between the dog i have now or a puppy that i had for a few weeks i would def. choose my dog no matter what!!!!!!!

but its really ur decision....hopefully u make the right one!!! & don't regret it later.
