Well I want to ask this kid out but I have never asked a boy out they are usually asking me out, so what do i say?

Not sure what you mean by asking him out.
If you mean on a date. then read this
Well you should just ask him what he is doing over the weekend and ask if he and some of his friends wants to join you and some of your friends to go somewhere over the weekend. With the more people there the less chance there is of awkwardness.
If you mean ask out like make it official boyfriend and girlfriend read this.
I wouldn't recommend asking him out i don't mean to sound chauvinistic but it just is a lil weird when a girl asks you out. I think you should try to flirt ask much as you can w/o seeming slutty, and see how he reats and take if from there.

Normally you say "Will you go out with me". And if they always ask you out its a simple matter of reverse enginering their asking you out into something you can use.
That or be a pussie and send a friend :P

ask him to a movie or to go get something to eat... if there is a coffee house around, go there... if he says hes busy, dont persist on a different date... that signifies desperation... brush it off and try at a different time...
