Your insurer may or may not pay for therapeutic massage. If you are concerned about reimbursement, check with the insurer first to see if such treatment is part of their coverage.

Most cities have an ample of professional masseuses. Check your Yellow Pages.

Ask the doctor for a referral to a good place to get a massage. It's always a good idea to check with your insurance company to make sure they are going to pay for it so you don't get stuck with bills to pay.
