After he served his sentence, he will be turn over to ICE and the ICE will put a hold on him, take him to immigration jail and wait until there is a spot on the plane and he will be going home for free. Even a green card holder will have their card revoked when they commits any crime and will be banned from coming back to the US.

Each city and/or county has its own jail. They probably each have their own forms. If you specify what jail is involved, someone may have a clue. I won't be able to help, but someone may.
