I would check with the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles for the Ohio tickets at least.

Contact the State Bureau of Motor Vehicles in both Ohio and Wisconsin. They can at least help you find out where you stand in each state. No one is going to track you down in another for one or two speeding tickets, but I applaud you for wanting to make things right. They will probably let you pay the original fines and maybe a processing fee by mail.

The tickets probelly turned into warrants by now you need to check with the counties you were in and see if you can still pay them if you drive thru there now and you get caught you may not get a ticket if there is a warrant out you will go right to jail

It depends on the nature of the citation. If it is a couple hundred bucks then you may have a problem if you drive through those states again and possibly get pulled over. They will hold you until you can post bail. It is more of an inconvenience thing rather than a money thing. Especially, if you are on vacation with your family.

You never paid them? you might have a warrant for your arrest for unpaid traffic tickets. You need to contact the agencies who wrote the tickets so you can pay them as soon as possible.

You need to contact the state police from those states and request that information. Since you live so far away, more than likely they can mail you the information. Return a payment and you're off the hook.

Then you missed required court dates and probably have Failure to Appear warrants out for your arrest in those states. FTA warrants will be entered into the state system only. So call the state police and have them run your name. They will be able to tell you if you have warrants out for your arrest and out of what jurisdictions.

They probably have turned to warrents in those counties.
I suggest that you do your homework and figure out which counties you were in. Most counties have postings online for warrents. So, you can start there.
Then when you figure that out, go to the court (or hire a local lawyer to do this) and they will plea on your behalf.
Good luck.
