You do know that carbon-14 dating is reliable only up to the last 3 000/3 500 years. And even then, there are some problems.

Most scientists recognize the unreliability of C-14 dating for longer than this time frame. The original intent was that it would measure the last 40 000 to 60 000 years. This is the outside limit. Incidentally, that is the same age you have listed.

Did you say that this carbon dating was done on BONES? That increases the unreliability.

The error that most people make is dating the creation of the earth from Adam. A closer look at Genesis chapters 1 & 2 show that both male and female were created in chapter 1 before Adam was formed fron the dust of the ground in chapter 2 and Eve did not show up until later. No, chapter 2 is not a recap of chapter 1 - the order of things created are different, the types of things created are different, and the instructions given are different. check it out! In Chapter 1 the male and female were told to multiply and fill up the earth. In chapter 2, Adam was placed in a special garden and told to tend it. Later on in Genesis, Cain went to a place that already had a name, married a woman that was already there, and built a city for the people the were already there. Those people were from the male and female created in chapter 1. Many people argue over the time frames and you can count back to Adam, but not to those created in chapter 1. Every time someone does not like the dating of something, it become faulty in their mind. We were not there and do not know how long ago it was!

Creationism can't be justified. People who say that fossils and the like are created by Satan need to think for themselves for five seconds. The fact that some MYTHICAL person would 'plant' things for people to find is pure idiocy.

Honestly, if you sit down, the THEOLOGY of Christianity as well as the THEORY of creationism doesn't make sense. Maybe science doesn't make much sense. But there are more concrete facts to science.

Remember kiddos, the Bible is a BOOK written by MEN. They could so easily pull the wool over your eyes, fueling you with their biased opinions.

I don't say whether I'm wrong or right. I'm an open minded individual.

Besides the fact that carbon dating has flaws too.....I believe both creationism and evolution are happening at the same time.

I consider it a triumph that facts that once would have been hidden or dismissed are now available to everyone that will listen.

remember It is the dating methods that are faulty. They pre-suppose things that are not true..
The earth was working when it was created. Mountains valleys, oil under ground, light here from the sun and stars. Adam an adult male, the chicken came first..
Creation is not only justified but it is correct..

It's very simple. Carbon dating is from Satan, just like evolution, television, and dating.
