find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Seriously.. its VERY hard work..Do this.
1) Commit to running at least an hour daily. You need aerobics/cardio to burn calories..
2) Drink lots of water-inshort your body gets mad at you for working out and produces alot of stressful chemicals that you have to flush out ..along with sweating those toxins..which needs water..
3) Tan and drink milk..sounds wierd right? Well, when tanning your body absorbs sunlight and produces vitamin D which helps absorb the calcium in milk.. when using steps 1 and 4 here your muscles produce lactic acid that is closest to the fat cells where you want to lose weight so you get better results.. but remember to drink water too!! (and dont overdo it 15 mins. is fine & use sun protection)
4) go on Youtube.com and search for an 8-minute abs, legs, buns, and arms.. these excercises are pretty good.. you'll need these muscle conditioning workouts.. dont worry that you'll get bulky they just tone your muscles..
5)Eat less.. this is probably the hardest.. when your body starts working out it has to put all those nutrients back in.. all you have to do is watch how much you pile on your plate.. so reach for a smaller dish in you kitchen instead of that "average" portion meal.
6)Sleep!!! cant stress this enough.. you will need to devote 9 to 10 hour to this mental stabilizing treatment.

Do what you want! Eat what makes you feel good, and make a habit of walking as much as you can. At least 4 days a week, more if I can fit it in, I like to walk one direction for 15 minutes as fast as I can, then walk back that quickly. It's cool to go just a bit farther each day, but if you only go as far as you did the day before, you still win! By the way, if they walk with you, they'll be too busy to pay attention anyway. If they don't, you won't be around them so there won't be a need to be embarrassed.

You should eat between 1350-1450 calories a day. And you should work out for about 4-5 hours of cardio a week.

if u are already skinny u cant really lose and more pounds. but if u run u can get your body more fit and be lookin all cute lol. situps will help to just dont try to starve yourself though

start with an epsom salt cleanse.2 table spoons of epsom salt and half a glass of water. dissolve the salt in the water. Drink up. You will loose water weight and clean out. Its a good start. The eat lots of veggies and fruits.

i think that because you should weigh 100 pounds at 5 feet and add 5 pounds for every inch, you only need to lose 10 pounds.
