Pain is an indication that something is wrong. if you run it's possible you could cause further problems. for tonight take a hot bath with 2c. of dissolved epsom salts. This may help relieve the pain. I think you should see or telephone tonight your medical doctor and get the doctors OK before you run.

I think you should get someone-your parent(s)-to write a note telling why you can't run the mile.What time did you get when you ran the mile, with a good leg

I think you should have it checked by a Dr. before you run on it. Better to be safe than sorry.

Only if you are insane. A bad pain could be a blood clot. Even walking or standing could send it straight to your heart. Geez.

I don't think so. I fractured my knee from running a mile, but I was forced to "suck it up".........which I literally did, which I don't suggest doing.

No, pain is a signal something is wrong...Find out why your having pain before you do any more damage

if its gym class then dont run it. if its a really really important race-then try to ice it a lot and stick it out
