It depends where in the sentence it is, or if it's said by itself.

"me va" just by itself, it means "it's suits me"

In a sentence:

"Me va bien en matemáticas" = "I'm doing well in Math".

"Ni me va ni me viene" = "I don't care" - "I couldn't care less".

"Mi mamá me va a castigar" = "My mom is going to punish me".

There are other examples with different translations.

i'm not sure what that means but it good be
"me vale" which means whatever or i don't care.
