No age does not matter in your case. You're a grown woman and there is no age limit on attraction between two people. If you like this man, then be with him. Don't let what people think get to you. You are old enough to make your decisions and choices. Follow your heart.

Well, I was faced with that dilemma back several years ago when I was in the restaurant business. I had a lot of young women working for me and every now and then one of them would flirt or get word to me that something was possible. I felt age did and does matter. When you're an older guy (from my perspective) and attracted to a younger gal you must realize you both are from different cultures even if you're from the same neighborhood or go to the same church, work together, ets.

Ussually the difference in age manifests itself in musical tastes. I remember telling my kids to turn that rap crap down, and then I thought "geez, I've become my Dad." But to me all pop music today sounds the same. But you talk to the young people my kids, and now grandkids hang out with, and they seem to think their music is the coolest sound in the world. Man, I have become my Dad.

There is also the energy level. Sometimes I think my get up and go has got up and gone. I worked with a lot of young people in their twenties and thirties and I realized there was no way I could keep up with them. Sometimes they asked me to go out with them, or go to a party, etc. I was at one this past Saturday. Fortunately I still understood their speech, but it is getting difficult.

So, find yourself a nice young man and let the old geezer go on his way. There is nothing more pathetic than watching an old man or woman try to be young again. I'm 60. I've got eighteen more months to work, and then I'll start chasing all the old grandmas, widows and divorcees around the block.

it all depends on your maturity level my dear :) and find out if you guys have anything incommon at all :) Don't let emotion rule your life God gave us noggin to think things through so... Do pro's and con's list when it comes to him and really ask your self will you be happy with him or not.... also btw make sure you include your hobby and things you like to do then dwindle it down till you get the right answer :) hope this help.
