Squeeze hard in the space between thumb and forefinger where it gets meaty. You will find the spot. Have a cup of coffee w/ sugar. Find a dim quiet spot to rest.

We have treated 15 & 20 yrs Migrains.
There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, sweet fruits, milk with sugar at bed time preferably or meals, rice and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.

roll a towel up like a sleeping bag, or log shaped ) then place under your neck while you are laying down, then stretch your neck to form over the rolled up towel untill your tip of your head is touching the ground as well as your sholders are tuching the ground ,,, this will help stretch pinched nerves out, and even pull where the tension is to loosen up
most headaches are useually caused from the neck being out of alignment OR you could be dehydrated....
if that is the case eat banana or take potassium vitAMINS, AND EVEN GATERADe will help hydrate you and drink plenty of water

Lay down in a dark cool room with an ice pack on your head and make sure the room is quiet...like one turning of your cell phone.

I go to a Vietnamese salon to get my nails done. One time I was watching one of the Vietnamese women pinch and tug at the other one's temple. She kept doing it. I was apalled. It was driving me nuts to watch it. So I asked the English speaking salon tech about it and she said "she is getting rid of her migraine headache." She said it really works.

I drink a caffeinated drink to help a headache before trying meds. Or you could try resting in a dark room.

chew some ice and hold it to the roof of your mouth till it's numb.
That has helped me on many occasions. There are nerves up there that will become numb - and will stop your headache.
