Radiologic Tech State Licensing?

Question

I live in Louisiana and i'm attending radiology school. After i'm finished the program I plan on moving to Los Angeles. How would I go about getting my state license to work in LA? Would I have to be a resident of California before I can get my lisence as a Rad Tech?
