You don't need to specifically go out there to please him emotionally. Guys are not very good at detecting their own emotions.
Stick around
Communicate
Let him communicate as much or as little as he likes to you - and as he trusts you more he is likely to communicate more to you and hence you will be closer
Observe him for signs that you are overloading him with communication and if that's the case give him a break and communicate with your girlfriends
Watch sports with him and learn

Tell him what you feel, physical can wear off but, emotional and understanding is a must in all relationship. Talk to him, be
there for him if you need to be. Is he leaning on you now. Stop going to bed with him and see what happens. See if he tells you the same.

the emotional side takes time to develop. the physical side is the easiest to accomplish, but it won't fully be pleasing until the emotional connection is there as well. unless the guy just wants to be pleased physically. in that case, move on.

I think you have to give all of you to this man. When he wakes up in the morning you have to be there to make his breakfast. When he gets off of work or out of school, be there to listen to his day. Ask the questions that parents used to ask you. When he isn't smiling make him laugh. When he's sleeping make him comfortable and when he's awake make him fall asleep. Love him, love him, love him. Cater to him and baby girl he will open emotionally!!! :)

Give him food and he will be happy. But seriously. do not ask us. we will give you bad answers. Ask your mom. She will be more serious than the people on yahoo. This is like asking a random old person off the street. You can even ask him.
