blisters on somtach? very small unshur? from heat ? maybe plants?

i worked with plants for about 2 hours in the sun today and i have on 2 t-shirts....

anyways--

on my stomach as soon as i was done, there were tons of little tiny white spots.
and i rubbed my hand down my belly and my hand was wet, so i just rubbed over one of the bumps and water came out...
like it was a blister???

well the sun wasnt on my belly today but could it be from heat? or plants? im not used to being around plants.
i have a ton on my stomach but there really small and dont have much fluid in them

Sounds like a infection, could be Psoriasis, if not shingles, if the blisters are still their tomorrow go see a Doc
