wheat flour & water mixed to make the dough, then when the ball is pressed would it come out clean or will it stick.

Rotis are in the manual that came with my press, so I can only assume they can be. Rotate the dough as your pressing for even heating.

Yes, you can.
I suggest wrapping the press with plastic wrap so the plastic acts as a non-stick surface. You can also lightly spray the plastic with pam too.
When you're done, just remove the plastic or wipe it down for next time. Easy cleaning!
