Would it help heal/cleanse the red spot of a popped pimple if i put benzoyl peroxide, saylicid acid, toothpaste, cocoa butter, vitamin E or other? or just leave it alone?

Don't pop them as scarring will occur. Benzoyl Peroxide is great on getting rid of pimples, try Neosporin on popped ones and then leave it alone to prevent scars or more pimples.

Ouch! I'd leave it alone. Yeah, toothpaste can dry up zits, but if you already squeezed stuff out of it, it's an open wound! Yikes! Leave it alone for now and put a warm damp washcloth on it tomorrow if it has more stuff to come out.
