What do you think i should do ??? please .. i work from 8-8 everyday all week i barely have time wiht my kids and husband .. i dont have time to go to a gym ..or to even take a simple walk.. please let me knwo if there is something i can do here at work

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

I've lost 17.5lbs in the past 6 weeks by cutting my calories to 1200 a day and stopped eating after 8pm. I haven't exercised either. If you are drinking soda, drink diet and if you drink milk make sure it is skim milk. Those changes alone will do a lot. Also try to drink water as much as possible, if you don't like it add some crystal light for flavor. Hope I helped you and good luck!

I got married last year and I got an 8 minute Taebo workout tape that i used everyday. What's 8 mins to tone up abs, butt and stomach? I looked faboulous in my dress. I was very proud of myself. check an online auction to see if anyone has one for sale. A mere 8 mins, that you can do at home before you leave for work!! Congrats to you!!
