I'm looking for a place that you don't have to have the reception there as well, and is reasonably priced. Thanks for all your help!

The Hershey Hotel, before sunset. They can meet any budget and wedding size if you have a date on which they are not already booked. You may have already eliminated this place, but give it another look. I have been to 7 there and all were grand weddings there that were for as many as 300 people and as small as 30. They seem to be able to do whatever fits your budget.
