Stay away from carbs like bread, pasta, ect. Drop the soda, candy, and fast foods. Eat three times a day. Make them small portions . Walk a mile or how many you want to do each morning. In the afternoon jog, walk, or ask a friend to play basketball with you and then jog home. Watch what you eat and remember obesity is disgusting. Just don't try anorexia or bulimia. It's hard on everyone including yourself.

alright so i kinda know what your going through im 15 and overweight but im trying to fix that, i run everyday and thats because i took a big step in showing my parents that i want to become healthier. For now just go out and have fun, invite friends over to play soccar or something.
Or if your looking for something easier and more private look online for some full body workouts or subscribe to magazines like Seveenteen or CosmoGirl and do their workouts daily and eat right .. that includes no more soda and instead water or flavoring, cut down on the sweets (dont go cold turkey and cut down slightly because if you just stop all together temptation is too big)
good luckk

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Here is what I do and it really is a good idea for a workout program with out spending money. Go to your local library and rent a workout DVD or VHS. I normally get this for my mother cause she complains about her weight too. Plus, it is fun and something you can do in private with out feeling uncomfortable. Goodluck!

Cut down on your food intake and don't eat late at night. Try getting into some sort of sports. Dancing is also another good source of exercise and it's fun. Good luck ,stay strong and consistent and you will do it.
