i have to translate this to english, but the problem is, I don't know what it means! So here it is:

Is a kind of juice made with water, almonds, and sugar.

you cut the almonds and place them in boling water and cover them. After a while youl filter the water and the nuts you'll place them in a piece of fabric and hit them so the almonds will reale it juices, then you take that and mix it with the sugar, let it cool down and after that place it in the refrigeratos to chill it out after 2 to 3 hours serve it cold. Orchata can be done also with sesame seeds.

I'm afraid it does not have an exact translation, because it's a typical Mexican treat, like tortilla or burritos, that is orginial from my country but is not being taken to other places.

Horchata is a sweet beverage that we drink with meals in Mexico. The original one is made from rice. Rice is cooked, but not completely, with a lot of water, and that kind of milky, whitish water is drained. We then add cinammon, sugar and sometimes coconut milk. Drink it cold, or even you can make a frappé beverage. Try it, it's delicious!

Almendras is ALMONDS; in this case, instead of cooking rice, we cook and blend almonds with the water and milk. Of course, it also has cinammon and sugar.

My suggestion is that you use Almond Horchata; explain the term, in case you need it.
