In San Luis Potosí, Mexico, the customary way to write this
"Se solicita _____." (with the occupation in the blank). For example,
"Se solicita cocineros." means "Now hiring cooks."
"Se solicita albañiles." means "Now hiring bricklayers."

I am sure that other areas of the Spanish-speaking world have some other phrases for the same thing.

You don't. You would respond with jejeje which is equivalent to lol in Spanish. Lol is an English slang term therefore it does not exist.

The normal way to say it is "se necesita empleado(a)" or "se ofrece empleo".

None of the literally translationf from English is correct.

'Solicitando personal' it means you need people, not specifying exactly what for.

'Se solicita muchacha' (Hiring a girl, mostly used to ask for a house worker)
'Se solicita vendedora' (Hiring a girl to do sales)
