Ok, so say some guy comes up to you that you don't know and he wants to start a conversation and you can tell he would like to get to know you. How would you like to be approached without seeming liked you've been being stalked or creeped out? What would you like the guy to say to you, like any specific usage of words at all? Guys that have been successful in meeting girls are just as open to answering this too, from a guys perspective of course. I've never in my life done this, and as I'm working on finally building self esteem up, I would like to know how this is done in the best manner possible. I also do realize I need to display a good amount of confidence as well. Thanks in advance for responses.

I would like to be approached with respect dont just walk up and ask her out one thing girls love is letters and flowers so that can come in handy approach her with confidence but not conceited make sure she is alone you egt father when all the girls aint around to judge and tell her you ahve seen her around compliment her style and if she carrin anything offer to help ask her about herself dont just concentrate on looks let her know your interested in her not her body girls dont like to feel like your only talking them cause of how they look

Yeah, I think the key is about getting in the icebreaker fast (icebreaker is the first contact). If you are nervious it will show straight up. Just walk up to her and start a conversaion about something, it doesnt actually matter what.
Of course practice makes perfect but yeah just give it a shot, More often then not its your reaction to what you said that kills you, if you laugh it off noone will be the wizer :)

ok this one guy kept saying hi to me in the hall in school and I knew i didnt know him but I DIDNT LIKE IT. it was kinda creepy because i had never had a conversation wirth him before and when he did finally say hi he said and i quote "hey cutie whats your name" as flattering as it was it was a little too direct for my taste. now my current boyfriend became my friend first and i got to know him and i liked that sooo much better

what really works is like, hold doors open for girls and friendly stuff like that. build a conversation. flirt. flirting works. and say something original. not a phrase everyone uses. good luck =]

make eye contact and give her a compliment and ask her a question about herself. Cause most girls like to talk about themselves. I know I do!

no lame pick up lines i like it when they introduce themeselves i see it as very oldfashioned which i think is attractive and then i like just having a fun healthy conversations

complients are nice..dont over-do it but just enough to let the girl know that ur interested then just have a converstion..i personally would be interested in sumone that i can talk to not sumone that i have nuthin in common wit
