This song is in Russian.
The first verse is Раз, два, три, четыре, пять / Вышел зайчик погулять / Пиф-паф, ой-ой-ой / Умирает зайчик мой.
Which translates as
one, two three, four, five
a little rabbit went for a walk
Bing bang, oh, oh, oh
My little rabbit dies.

I think that the new numa video is in russian this time. It is just a little children's rhyme. I believe it goes one, two, three, four, five, a rabbit goes out for a walk. Pif-paf bing bang oh no my rabbit is dead and on and on and on till it is over.

Is there some "new" 'Numa Numa' song I'm not aware of?

If it's the original one (the one that fat kid made popular), it's Romanian, and the actual title is "Dragosta Din Tei," by the way.
