For the barking problem....I have 2 Yorkies.....I keep a small jar or can nearby. Put in a handful of pennies in the jar and shake it everytime she barks. It works for me. If you have a doggie door potty training is easy, if not, you just have to take her outside every couple of hours until she learns. As for aggression....fill a spray bottle with clean water and give her a squirt or two. NEVER...hit her.

I had an 8 month previous puppy that become by no ability crate experienced when I were given her.. So at the same time as she does no longer stop barking I sprayed her with a water bottle and instructed her "quiet!". She loves her crate now and sleeps in there with the door open or closed...
