find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Okay, first thing is sit down and write for one week everything you consumed and how much... and I mean everything. After you are done, on the 7th day...take a look at what you ate. You will notice where you are doing most of the damage...per example eating a huge meal at night or snacking bad stuff...drinking to much soda, etc...get where I'm going...then start cutting maybe one of two things at a time...don't do cold turkey on everything cause you will relapse. Increase your water too.
For working out at home, you will need dancing music, a ball and a couple of weights... 2-10 pounds. No plans, just get up and move...
alternate---one day do dancing only for about 30 minutes the next day do your weights...
But the most important thing is to keep a journal on how you are feeling everyday.
You can do it... tell yourself that everyday...because you are worth it.
