The answer to your question is kinda dependant on each of the factors you put in.
In many countries, A. and C. matter but not B. Like arranged marriages. English royals, india, ect.
In other places, its only B that matters. Some people don't care about religion or money. They only will marry someone for love.
In some places its all 3. Some people think that they are better off finacially while in love and being very religious.
To some people none of them matter. They just get married because they feel that there isn't a right person, they might as well just get hitched to the one they got. Money doesn't matter and neither does religion to these people.
Now to me, the only reason to get married is because of Love. I believe that money and religion will cloud someones judgement on what love is. The only people that will know if love exist are the people that are getting married.
As an added bonus, the only legal marriages are the ones that are turned into a Justice of the peace. If your just married by clergy, the paper is meaningless. No church can marry anyone. (the only 3 ways, with in the US. to be recognized as a married couple are, by a native american shaman, by a ships captain, and by a justice of the peace signing a marriage licence.)

C- God created marriage- what God has joined let no man put asunder, He has given husbands and wives rules for marriage in the Bible- no marriage can survive happily without both spouses following these rules.
B- Love- love is not just an emotion, it is how you treat each other, putting each other before self all the time (ideally, difficult in practice)
a- I'm still waiting for some financial benefits. I don't think there are any. Get married, have kids, stay broke. Money <> happiness.

Marriage is about the submission of the self to the married whole. It is the ceremony of making a conglomerate individual. It is not about any of the things you have mentioned. If you listen to the language of any marriage ceremony, you will see this to be so.
