I've never had anything drizzled over sushi rolls, sorry.
What kind of rolls? I like to make sushi at home, so I might know some things, but never heard of this. It might also be a local thing.

I have had sushi with a "light" wasabi mayo on top- should not be too hard to create, take about a 1/2 cup of mayo, add 1/4 teaspoon of wasabi powder and maybe 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice and taste. Adjust to your taste... ( maybe some salt- or sugar?)

No, I don't. All sushi I've seen comes with either soy sauce or the green stuff.

ewww, where are you eating sushi? I don't know of any white "sauce" that's *supposed* to be on sushi..... you didn't insult the sushi chef, perchance, did you?

i think sometimes they make fancy versions of mayo- like wasabi mayo, but please please for the sake of sushi dont use commercial mayo like hellmans. PLEASE ! it would ruin it! make your own, its just an emulsion of oil and non oil, or a chIve cream thing( just cream and chives blended), ive seen that before- sometimes i see that on soft shell crab rolls.
