i was in church and i was asking God for the Holyspirit and like idk if this was it or not but like my mouth was kinda vibrating and like when i tried to talk my tongue kept moving up and down, but idk if i have it or not? does that mean i have it?

Most likely not. Peace and understanding will flow in your heart and mind. You will feel comfort and clean from sin.
The Holy Spirit is also the spirit of comfort and promise. You will feel free... the truth will set you free.
Normally, anything that does the opposite of these things is not of God.
Just because you accept Christ doesn't mean you have the holy spirit with you.

The real Holy Spirit are the words of God put into mouth of His servants the Prophets. When you learn it and put it in your mind and heart, whatever it is that comes out of your mouth which is good and righteous is the Holy Spirit of God.
It is not an entity like what religions claim. You speak the truth and you speak what is right. Speaking in tongue is the language of the possessed. There is nothing truer than speaking out the words that the speaker and the listener can understand. Only hideous spirit will do that.

If you have THESE things, you have the Holy Spirit in your life.

Yes, just pray as you go to sleep and say over and over and over
Or now or anytime you want it will work we have to learn to speak a new language and it is foreign to us

I did that for it seem like an hour and then I began to hear strange words in my head and I spoke one then two and it started rolling out

If you've accepted Jesus Christ, you have the Holy Spirit already. As far as speaking in tongues, it's up to God whether you receive that or not. They're two different things, according to the Bible.
