Ignore the losers above this. There are several magazines for the Deaf and HoH community. Note: "losers" does not refer to the answer from "animal" ...it's for the first 3 or so morons that think they provided answers.

I'm not in either camp, so I can't speak from personal use, but some quick research on the net shows:

Are you kidding me? Do you think someone can't read a magazine because they are deaf? They could read any magazines (assuming they know how to read!)

As far as magazines for the blind, I am not sure what they are called or anything, but I believe they have them. They are written in Braille.
