The Book of Ephesians is written for the flesh man. That verse simply tells you that all people who are given a gift or a talent of God, do not have the same gifts as the next person: some will have one gift, while another has a different gift. Yours might be the gift of a loving spirit and a kind smile that may lighten the burden someone is feeling during the day.
The best witness for Christ is a person who is seated in a wheelchair and who has a love of God. Thats a gift, and a finer witness for God than all the teachers, preachers and Pastors in the world combined.

Yeah, read Jeremiah 3:15, " And I shall give you pastors after mine own heart who shall feed you with knowledge and understanding". It was never meant for people to just own their own concepts with just the bible. God raises up pastors and gifted individuals who will stand in the gap for those who are unlearned and ignorant until they can mature and function wholly in what God has called them to do.

Yes, these people are assigned to preach the Bible, and the Bible only. The Bible is sufficient for teaching and preaching. However, these people must never add anything to Scripture, but let the Bible speak for itself.

14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?

17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Rom 10:14-17 KJV
