Eat only tuna and drink only water. Yes it's disgusting but it works. How bad do you want to lose the weight?

Cut your calories to about 1500-1700 per day and then make sure that you burn at least 200 of those calories off my exercising. Running, elliptical, jumping jax, anything that will get your heart rate going for about 30-60 minutes a day. You should be able to lose about 10-15 pounds by then.

Anything over 2 lbs a week won't stay off very long. Good luck.
