There is nothing you can do short of chaining her to the house!! My best advice is put her on birth control so at least you won't end up a grandparent! Then make sure she takes it every day! We found out our 14 yr old daughter was doing the same thing! Even if you grounded her, she'd find a way to skip school and see him! It's a shame the way these young girls are today! Keep an eye out for this 21 yr old, you can have him jailed!!! Good Luck!

I am not sure i entirely understand this, but If you are asking for advice on what to do with the 14 year old daughter, you should definitely be strict on that kind of behavior. Take away all privileges to see someone that much older, be sure to supervise her with her friends if they are encouraging that relationship. Peer pressure plays into a lot of young relationships- so if her friends are all dating older boys and having sex then she will assume it is the best thing to do. Try to know where she is at all times. Seek professional help if you are unable to do so. Maybe her school or a local church will offer counseling.

I dont understand the question...but I would say keep that 14 yr old away from any 21 yr old. It's called rape, sexual assault of a minor...and so many other things...(I can think of more than a couple for that b**tard too...It sickens me to think there are weirdos out there that would take advantage of a child like that. Call the cops on that guy and have him arrested. He should know better if he was in his right mind. Take care...as always.

It sounds to me like the thing that is lacking in your relationship with your daughter is communication. Don't come down on her saying you found the letter, just tell her you understand and want to be there for her. Let her know that you trust her, but set some ground rules. A 21 year old dating, kissing or having sex with a 14 year old is illegal, and if he tries anything, don't forget it!

I would go to the police and show them the letters. Lock his azz up. And send her to a boarding school. My cousin has a daughter that rebelled and she's only 18 has a baby and pregnant again, her baby is only 10 months old, and she's had 6 abortions. Cousin has full custody of the 10 month old. this 14 year old is headed for big trouble!

children often test their limits (and our patience)... this child is trying to act grown up and convince everyone she's an adult... if she were my child, i'd be pretty strict about her activities and freedom... until she earned my trust again, she'd be pretty much a prisoner at home, with chores, no privileges, no phone, no tv and the choice to obey or be grounded even longer... the key is figuring out what she really loves doing and taking it away from her until she starts behaving... as parents, you all will need to keep a close eye on her and ensure she's where she's supposed to be, doing what she's suppposed to be doing... first, you all need to sit down and have a pow wow, with she being given the chance to explain her actions, then you parents need to let her know directly, clearly and concisely, what you expect, what you'll tolerate and what the consequences of her actions are and will be should she be tempted to try this again... let her know that you all love her, but, love must be tough or we lose our kids! explain to her why it's not alright to be involved with a 21 yr old! then find the 21 yr old and get his story, and if it's similar, give him a direct warning about statuatory rape and your intentions to follow through if he should ever touch your daughter again... toughest part, sticking to your plan! good luck!

This is like totally rape! Call the cops! Look up Statutory rape on wikipedia.com. It states- "If there is a 5 year or more (16-21) difference, it would be considered aggravated criminal sexual abuse, a Class 2 Felony."
Even if your daughter hasn't had sex with him, she is considering it. Call the cops!
