For cleansing use Dove soap, To exfoliate use oatmeal, sugar and milk. You can make it up and keep it in you refrigerator. Then follow with a light moisturizer. I use a cocoa butter cream.

Acne never goes away you just have to keep it under control. By doing this every morning and night, it won't allow time for your pores to get so clogged up. And you have to use gentle products.

Yes it does and so can the scaring for people that have it very bad. There are some great herbal products on the Internet that do not cause any damage to your skin. Some chemicals products cause dry, flaky skin and that may give you problems when you get older. Remember, some acne is caused by hormonal imbalance and stress. That can also, be taken care of easy. The most important things to do are. 1) Keep you skin clean, 2) Eat right, 3) Get plenty of rest, 4) Don't touch it{NO POPPING!}

It seems like to me that the problem is that you might be trying too many things at once. By using several different things at once, you are drying out your skin and the glands have to work harder to produce oils, so your acne winds up getting worse rather than better.

Try using one thing at a time, once a day, for a few days. Then twice a day for a few days. If it doesnt seem to help, switch to something else, but start off once a day again. Wash your face with water frequently to remove oils , but NOT SOAP, which may irriate sensative skin.

Good luck and experiment unti you find a product that works with your skin.

Acne is due to hormonal changes, bad diet and unhealthy skin care habits. Sometimes, dandruff in the hair can also cause acne. Include green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet. Drink a lot of water regularly to flush out toxins. Avoid deep fried snacks. More home remedies available at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html...

Of course acne dies! I'm still struggling with it, acne + discolouration. So here are some very helpful tips!
*Tips*:
-NEVER keep the skin dry more pimples appear
-Keep you hands off
-Don't scrub hard
-Pull your hair back
-Don't pick or pop.

!Some remedies!:
-Plain flour
*Make your face wet
*Dry hands
*Take a lil flour
*Wet it w/ few drops of water
Put it on your face and keep it on for 50 seconds.

Use rose water.
Squirt some on your face (dry) for at least 10 seconds and wash off with plain water. Don't put anything else on.

Lastly go to your doctor to ask for some things. Hopefully I helped! ^-^

I have the same problem. I talked to my Dr. and he put me on a low dose of antibiotics (tetracycline), too much bacteria on the skin. I will be taking it for a few months but it has seemed to help. Just be careful in the sun if thats what you decide, I burned very easily and I never burn!
