Pills are the worst, the deprive your body of nutrients and make you cranky and weak.
Walk, then when you can, run. Every day. I dropped 20 pounds in two months running 3x a week.
Get an oversize ball, when you watch TV do crunches in sets of 20. Just a few sets everyday will help.
Cut back on fats and carbs. You don't need to go pshyco and cut them out completely, you'll last a week and then binge.
Oil & Vinigar dressing instread of Ranch.
Low Fat sour cream instead of whole. (Don't do the fat free, it's not worth it.)
2% cheese.
Whole grain bread.
Cut out sausage & bacon, but lean pork, chicken, beef, and fish are great.
Find a couple veggies you like, hot or fresh, grilled or baked, and buy 2-4 a week. You don't want to burn out.
If you eat of for lunch everyday start packing. Pre-seasoned tuna packs, Healthy choice lunch meats, pepper, carrot or celery sticks. Radishes are great too. A few low fat chips are okay and a 100 calorie bag of cookies are still fewer calories than fast food.
Walk. When you can run. Good Luck.

You don't sound that fat to begin with. One of my exes was a body builder, he was 6'2" and 220 when he wasn't in training, so you only have some lovehandles by the sound of it.

There's not much you can do by June 15th, without some serious modifications to your diet and excercise program. If you're worried about the shirt thing, you'd need to at the very least, try jogging or cycling, pushups and curls. If you don't have access to weights, use something around your house like a jug of milk or paint, something with a handle on it to do the curls. I would also cut out bread and if that's not possible, buy flax bread but still keep it to a minimum.

Ok you have three weeks to start losing weight. Eat 2,000-2,500 calories a day, cardio 4 days a week, stregth training 3 days a week. Stay away from salt and fried foods. Drink plenty of water and eat lots of protein. Diet pills are useless; they are money scams. If you follow this, you will probably lose about 8-9 pounds the first week and 4 pounds each week after that. Good luck and God Bless!

It will have to be done with exercise and meals then. You need to run or do cardio daily for at least 30 minutes. While eating, you'll need to eat smaller portions more frequently. It is suggested to eat 6 meals a day with smaller protions. This helps keep your metabolism higher. Make sure to eat breakfast. DO NOT skip it because this proves to be the most impotant meal in a day. Also, do not eat fatty or high carb foods after 7pm and refrain from eating fast foods. Without a stimulant it can be done, but your efforts will need to be constant and agressive.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

1. Closely monitor what you eat AND plan out your meals everyday....choose whole wheat pastas and grains, lean meats/fish, fruits and vegetables (lots...steamed, raw, etc).
2. Snacks should be low calorie...vegetables, fruit slices, low fat dairy. Don't drink soda or juices with added sugar. Water is good, tea or coffe with low fat creamer, less sugar, or use honey.
3. Excercise everyday. Plan to walk at first, then steps, lunges, pushups, situps, but move all the time...when you're on the phone, when you're at work, watching tv, etc...move around and do situps, etc. Start with 20 or 30 minutes a day, but then work up to an hour (you can split it up though through the day). Add excercise to get your heart rate up..running stairs, jogging, brisk walking, swimming, biking, running, aerobics.
4. Get a plan and stick to it. You can reward yourself but at the same time, try to be tough on yourself if you really want this

Your on your own big fella. Unfortunately 1 month wouldn't be enough time even if you quit eating completely. Just start working out and watch what you eat. It won't be long until your next gig, and you will be ready this time.
