what is the clear gluey stuff that holds artificial flowers in glass vases. where can i buy it from..?

The stuff is a polymer called floral gel and needs to be mixed with water to make floral decorations which look especially good in clear or glass containers.
You can buy it on ebay.
Edit: from other answers I may have mistaken what it is you mean! Clear silicon is used to seal joints where water may get through - like in a kitchen or bathroom. I assume you want the stuff which is either crystal clear or can be coloured to match the flowers. It partly fills up the container and holds the stalks in place??? It can be used for real flowers not just artificial ones as the gel itself holds water.

Better idea. Go to your local hobby store like Michaels. They have these really kool flattened marble things in various color that you can use on real and artifical flowers to hold them up in a vase, and use them over and over and over. They cost about $2 a bag of about 20.

I was just over at walmart and they had vases for less than $5 each. AC Moore and Michaels also have them. Shipping them will probably be expensive, because they're kind of heavy. I recommend buying them where you need them. good luck

this is sold in walmart and i imagine any craft store. it is liquid acrylic and dries hard.it looks like water. it is called liquid acrylic and can be in walmart,michaels,any craft store i am sure. i use it and give it in a vase with flowers as gifts.look in these places. it is not expensive either and depending on the size of your vase,one box can do more than one wase. the one i use comes in a green box. either one i am sure works fine. i forget the company.it dosent matter really.just ask someone who works in the craft dept at walmart. you definately find it in that dept.

I think its epoxy resin a sort of liquid glue so you have to secure things till it sets. ask at B&Q They will tell you. Dont as at craft shops they charge a fortune. It could be a type of PVA that is white but clear when dry . cheaper still.

I don't know the name of that substance or product, but would suggest that you go to a art and crafts type store, and they are bound to sell it there. In California, "Joanne's" and "Michaels" sells all kinds of items for arts and crafts projects.

I think it is acrylic resin. you should be able to get it from bigger craft shops. you have to mix some pretty nasty chemicals in exactly the right proportions to get it to set properly without cracking...but if you get it right then you get a nice hard clear substance.

I think you mean the glue that comes out of a glue gun. You can buy that stuff at wal mart and it is cheap.
