I need to make atleast 250 colored copies of a flyer. Where can I go to make these copies? How much is it going to cost me? Thanks for the help and no silly answers.

Do you have a Kinko's in your area? They do good work, fast - for 250 copies, would likely do while you wait.
Look in your yellow pages under copy centers.

Go to the Yellow Pages and look under "Printers"
or do a local search online.
Look for a quick copy place like Kinkos, Alphagraphics or anyone that says copying and duplicating in their ad.
Call and ask for the price and pick the cheapest. They all use the same equipment. They'll do it while you wait.

Look in th yellow pages for copy shops. You could call them and ask. Without knowing where you are it is hard to answer your question though.

They probably meant never take a piercing gun to your own ear. Claire's has pierced millions of ears, so if there was a problem with the way they did it, you would likely know about it.

Why don't you try Staples,Office Max,Office Depot. Look them up in the phonebook.
