Sprinkle with Lawrey's Seasoned Salt on both sides, then pour a little Dale's steak sauce on it to coat both sides. Let it sit for about 20 minutes and pour off the excess steak sauce before grilling.

try it my way.....first marinade it for at least half hour with red table wine and some chopped fresh garlic and a little crushed red pepper then when ready to cook just sprinkle a little olive oil in a fry pan and brown the steak reserving the marinade when steak is done on both sides and seasoned with salt throw in the garlic u used in the marinade with the steak and let it brown also then remove steak and place it on dinner plate now add the marinade wine to the pan and bring to a boil for about 3 minutes and pour over steak yes add that wine to the olive oil and garlic in pan the flavors from the steak and garlic will cling to the wine and darken further pour it over your steak and enjoy guaranteed success

There are some good steak seasonings out there but I really love salt, pepper and garlic. Be somewhat generous with all three, especially the salt - it helps to keep the juices in.

I marinate the steak (a large plastic bag works well) with olive oil, Worchestershire sauce, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. This makes an excellent steak! Yum - better than a steakhouse steak!

I made a pretty tasty marinade...use honey teryiaki 30-min marinade, combine with a spoonful of each minced garlic and dijon mustard, a splash of worchestershire, and montreal steak seasoning...let it marinade for at least 30 minutes but longer is better. It's both sweet and tangy! It's now a BBQ favorite of all our friends!

I have started to use Tony's Creole Seasoning. It's also good on fries, mashed potatoes, corn or anything you put salt on. It comes in a little green canister in the spice aisle. It's very good and you don't have to use a lot to get the taste.
