Vegetables have a lot of fiber which makes you regular. Don't eat anything after 7 at night because that'll end up in your *** unless you stay up pretty late. Don't starve yourself because that slows down your metabolism and when you do eat again, your metabolism will be slow and you'll put on weight fast. And don't do any extreme diets because they don't work most of the time. The most important thing to do is try not to think about eating if you change your eating habits.
