Marilyn Manson is an atheist but has never formally bashed Christians. He is my favorite band and has been seen the 5th grade. I assume all you guys hate him though. I got kicked out of school many times for coming with a Marilyn Manson t-shirt on. I always thought that was funny. Specially since I got to home.

Personally, I like his music. His style might be a little... frightening. But that doesn't make him a bad person.
He is, however, one of the people who speak out against Christians. You yourself said he is an ATHEIST. He probably just speaking out on what he thinks is wrong.
Or there is an alternative option.
He could be doing it for the attention.
Whatever the reason, I still think he rocks.

I liked him when I was younger but I grew out of him. He seems to only target teens... I guess that's why I like skinny puppy- they were way more intelligent and wayy more shocking than anything manson would ever come up with on his own.

Doesn't care for his music. His talent is limited hence the need for the strange clothing, make up, etc. He needs something to try to set himself apart and make a name for himself. Seems what he has found has worked well for him.
