You're just going to have to suck it up and wait it out. It will go away in an hour or two.
I cut up an habanero pepper on Friday then picked my nose and my nostril was still burning a little Saturday morning.

I had the juice of a habinaro pepper on my hands when I rubbed my eye once, the only thing that helped was to look up into the spray of a shower, my dad (I was still at home at the time) walked into the bathroom and said that the steam in the bathroom felt like the police pepper canisters they shoot to clear riots and buildings

Milk and a cool compress. Eye drops and water have too much salt. It will burn ofr a couple of hours. If it blisters or burns longer than that go to the doctor. Good Luck.

if you are sure you have flushed the eye thoroughly, then all you can do is wait, the burning should subside in an hour or so.
