An atheist is a person who does not believe in gods or a god.
An athiest is word that is created when you follow the e before i except after c rule and this is among other rules Atheist don't have to follow outside of the rules of logic.

an athiest isnt anything. an atheist however is a person who doesnt believe in any god(s). prefix a- meaning not and theist meaning god believing. thus atheist=not god believing
