Embarrassed? Why in the world. Your figure is more appealing than those who lack butt, thigh, breasts and stomach. You are what's known as Curvaceous. Those so called Super models are without form or figure. There is no curve in a Straight Line. You dear are the one with the eye catching curves. You are blessed. Unfortunately spot training is not likely to help. Cardio is the best way to lose weight and, being a woman, we tend to gain weight in thighs first. I know it sounds funny but the thigh master does help. I actually use a big exercise ball. I do 90 (3 sets of 30) each morning and another 90 each night. Exericse and these exercise are a great start!

Walk like crazy. I've been walking for about two weeks trying to lose weight and it's worked in my legs. My legs are more muscular and less "thick" as you would say. Also, if you're looking to spend money they have thigh masters and a couple reps on those would do the trick.

Start with hosiery or tights, wear them all the time-even while sleeping. Eventually your legs will conform to the shape they are forced into. Also, hosiery prevents varicose viens and aids in proper blood flow. Secondly, do squats or get a thigh master, climbing stairs will help too. However, don't over do it with the exercise or you'll end up with big muscular-and muscule is harder to get rid of than fat. Biking would also help-but remember, do it in moderation.

I have a big stomach.-I would rather thick thighs- I'm
sure your'e beautiful the way you are .Wanna trade? Try not to do weight baring exercises - like running or walking on an incline - try cardio exercises like aerobics it'll burn fat all over good luck.

Do weight training for you thighs, that would allow your muscles to form and tighten up. Eat light ( mainly, just watch what you eat) all that fat will burn. Don't do this rigoriously, becasue that can cause the veins inyour thighs to go under pressure and break. Running is a good way.

Excuse me "Doc", but people don't get thick thighs because of some mysterious "toxins" in their bodies.
Aerobic exercise and proper diet is all that is necessary to normalize one's weight, wherever it appears on the body.
If you are trying to slim down your legs, be sure and AVOID heavy weight-training on your legs, such as leg-presses (i.e. don't use heavy weights, small number of repetitions to the point of failure to lift). If you really want to do leg-presses, do them with very light weights and do a lot of reps, and not to the failure point.
