I vote for "I want to F*** you like an Animal" by Nine Inch Nails.
How fun would that be to see everyone's jaws hit the floor!!!

My first dance is "Keeper of the Stars" by Tracy Byrd and some of the loves songs that will be played at the reception can work as first dance songs, they are all romantic, but I dont think they are cheesy.
Amazed-Lone Star
When you say nothing at all-Keith Whitley
I Swear-John Michael Montgomery
I dont want to miss a thing-Aerosmith
Lots of country love songs without the twang of old country.
Congrats on the wedding.

I am getting married in a few weeks and we are dancing to Come Away with Me...Norah Jones. Other we considered that aren't too traditional and crappy are:
Van Morrison: Crazy Love, Into the Mystic (which will be our last dance), or Someone Like You
I know it's hokey, but I'm still a sucker for It's Your Love by Tim McGraw.
Good Luck!

I will be dancing to "A Dream is a Wish your Heart Makes" from CInderella. Why because it suits me, us, and our wedding. (it doesnt hurt that we got engaged at Disneyland)
You don't have to choose a traditional song. I was planning on using Time Stand Still by Rush because I like it, but then the whole design of the wedding changed and it didn't suit the atmosphere anymore. Tell your brother they need to pick something they like, plain and simple. My cousin didn't have a real song, they danced to the Peanuts theme.

My fiance' and I are dancing to Biggest Part of Me by Ambrosia. Its a song from the 80's, but when we first started dating I heard the song in the store I worked at. Everytime I heard the song I thought of him and thats the gay song we decided to dance to.

My fiance and I are dancing to "A Moment Like This" by Kelly Clarkson
A MOMENT LIKE THIS
What if I told you it was all meant to be
Would you believe me, would you agree
It's almost that feeling we've met before
So tell me that you don't think I'm crazy
When I tell you love has come here and now
A moment like this
Some people wait a lifetime
for a moment like this
some people search forever
for that one special kiss
oh I can't believe it's happening to me
some people wait a lifetime
for a moment like this
Everything changes but beauty remains
something so tender I can't explain
Well I may be dreaming but until I awake
can't we make this dream last forever
and I'll cherish all the love we share
(chorus)
could this be the greatest love of all
I wanna know that you will catch me when I fall
So let me tell you this
Some people wait a lifetime for a moment like this (chorus)

We danced to "A Kiss to Build a Dream On" by Louie Armstrong. Not too trendy and very lovely, and very fitting for the beginning of building your dream life as a couple together.

yes they do! I am dancing our first dance to Rascal Flatts "God bless the broken road". Its not a typical song but it fits what my fiance and I have been through. Tell your brother to pick a song that he and his fiancee enjoy together, whether its a jazz song, a fun song or something they have a memory of. Hope this helps!
